Anthony Moncada leads Bottom Line Finance. He works directly with developers, builders and investors to design funding strategies that are scalable and repeatable across a pipeline, drawing on a network of non-bank lenders and capital partners built over years of complex development deals.
The philosophy is simple and consistent: shift the focus from price to value. The cost of capital is only one input. Return on equity, speed, leverage, risk and the relationships that let you do the next deal matter just as much. Sometimes the most valuable advice is that no deal is better than a bad deal.
